A: To register with the Birdies for Charity program you will need to fill out the sign-up form you will also need to send a copy of your organizations 501(c)(3) status letter to the John Deere Classic office.

A: ABSOLUTELY! Your charities Bird Number is how we identify your organization. We also use this number to apply donations to your organization. You MUST put your charity name and Bird number on top of each pledge card before distributing to donors. To find your Bird Number please type your organization name into the search engine HERE.
A: Yes! Cash and checks are both acceptable forms of payment. If you receive any payment in your office, we ask that you staple the payment (cash/check) directly to the donor’s pledge card. PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS. All payments should be forwarded onto the John Deere Classic office for processing.
A: Organizations with pledges turned in by June 10 will receive (4) John Deere Classic tickets and a weekly parking pass. Tickets will be available for pick up only during the John Deere Classic, July 9-15 at Will Call. The Will Call trailer is located to the right of the Main Entrance of the golf tournament. A: If you have an upcoming charity event and would like to request a donation for live/silent auction, please fill out the Donation Request Form, and send to Micaela Booth at micaelab@jdclassic, or 15623 Coaltown Road, East Moline, IL 61244. Organizations are encouraged to attach any additional event information as well. Please allow 30 days for processing.
